Technology and quality GRP
Soleco's products are based on two advanced GRP production technologies - continuous filament winding (CFW) and centrifugal casting (CC). Each component undergoes rigorous quality testing to international ISO, EN and ASTM standards. This ensures reliability, durability and full compliance with design requirements.
Continuous filament winding (CFW)
GRP pipe manufacturing technology to achieve excellent axial strength and layer structure. Used, among other things, for large diameters and high design requirements.
Centrifugal casting (CC)
A method consisting of forming GRP pipes by spinning of resin and fibres in steel moulds, which ensures perfect internal smoothness and high precision.
Standards and tests
Each GRP product meets the requirements of the standards ISO, EN, ASTM, passes Strength, tightness and chemical resistance tests in accordance with European quality standards.
